sarah phillips coaching

With over 20 years of experience in coaching, I am a qualified Executive Coach and Certified Business Psychologist* passionate about helping people unlock their potential. My approach is rooted in psychology, ensuring that my clients gain not just practical solutions but also a deeper understanding of themselves and their decision-making processes.

I specialise in working one-to-one with individuals, supporting them through current challenges and helping them make decisions that will positively shape their future. Whether you are navigating career transitions, life transitions, leadership challenges, or personal growth, I provide a safe, results-driven space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.  Whilst my coaching support can focus on one aspect of your life, it is worth noting that our personal lives and work lives are interconnected.  What is happening in one area can have an impact on the other area, so my coaching support often takes a holistic approach.

My coaching style is friendly and engaging (so I have been told!), and I pride myself on being an excellent listener. I create a space where my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful action. By applying my knowledge of psychology, I help uncover effective strategies tailored to each person’s unique situation, enabling them to overcome obstacles and thrive.

If you are ready to explore new possibilities, I would love to work with you. Contact me for a free, exploratory conversation to see if coaching is right for you.

Life & Career Navigation

Where are you right now? Do you have clarity on what you want and how you are going to get there? Coaching can help you to see the bigger picture on how your work and home life fits together and the steps you can take to achieve your goals. The aim is for you to understand what your needs and wants are and then identify the actions you can take that will lead to you feeling happier and more fulfilled.

Leadership Challenges

Leading a team of people brings certain challenges. As a leader you often feel you should have all the answers and it can be scary to admit that this is not always the case. Through a coaching conversation, you can work through the challenges you are facing by having an open, confidential conversation with someone who is an objective sounding board.

Retirement Coaching

Are you about to retire or have you just retired? Perhaps you are finding it hard to imagine what your life without a job might look like. Sometimes, our identities are so intertwined with our careers that we cannot see who we are without work as our focus. Our coaching conversations can help you navigate this transition and work out what a happy and fulfilled retirement looks like for you.

Problem-Solving

Everyone has problems from time to time – maybe a difficult situation at work or a life balance situation. Speaking to someone who is outside the problem can really help. Coaching can give you a different perspective and lead to identifying practical solutions that will move you forward. Having someone to give you feedback and ask the right questions can be a quick way to problem-solve.
