For over 20 years, I have designed and facilitated leadership development programmes across diverse sectors, helping people grow into more confident and capable leaders. My work brings together facilitation, psychology and executive coaching to create spaces where people can pause, think clearly and challenge their own assumptions.
I now work primarily one-to-one with leaders and professionals navigating transition, complexity and change. As a qualified Executive Coach and Certified Business Psychologist*, I combine practical, forward-focused support with deeper psychological insight into behaviour, decision-making and self-awareness. My aim is simple: to help people move forward with greater clarity, intention and impact.
My coaching style is friendly and engaging (so I have been told!), and I pride myself on being an excellent listener. I create a space where my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful action. By applying my knowledge of psychology, I help uncover effective strategies tailored to each person’s unique situation, enabling them to overcome obstacles and thrive.
