How long does the coaching process take?

The coaching process can differ from person to person. For some people, one or two sessions can give them all they need to resolve a situation or work out how they are going to tackle a challenge. For others, ongoing support over 6-12 sessions can be more useful.  It’s totally up to you how many sessions you book.

How do I know if coaching is the right solution for me?

You won’t until you have a conversation with me – our free 15-minute chat will give you a good idea if coaching is something that you would benefit from.

Can coaching really make a difference in my life/career?

Yes, it really can.  The more open to the experience you are and the more honest you can be about what is going on for you and how you are feeling, the greater the likelihood of success and getting real benefit from our sessions.

What is your coaching style – structured or flexible?

My style tends to be more flexible as I respond to your needs in the moment.  I’m able to offer you a structure if that is what you want…. but it is your choice, not imposed by me.

How often would we meet, and for how long?

Most sessions are an hour, but shorter sessions can work too if you are short on time.  Most people meet me once a month.  But this is totally your choice.

Do you offer in-person, online, or hybrid sessions?

If you live close by, I am happy to see you in person; most of my clients choose to meet me online.

Are there packages or single-session options available?

Yes, you can choose if you want to book a package (4, 6, or 12 sessions) or just pay for one session at a time.

Can I stop coaching at any time if I feel it’s not working for me?

Absolutely. If you feel you’re not benefiting from our sessions, I will be very happy to discuss with you and end the sessions whenever you choose.

Do you provide support between sessions?

I am happy to offer email support between sessions. This is included in all packages.
